She gained 13 oz. in one week and the doctor says she is very healthy and is not Jaundice at all anymore. She is sleeping, eating, and pooping well! Yesterday, her umbilical cord stump fell out! So, today she had her first bath in her tub. After 18 hours of labor, Naomi was pushed out at 12:07am on April 24th, 2010. She weighed 7lbs 9oz. and measured 21 inches long. The ultrasound tech said "100% you are having a girl". We are so excited!!! We weren't able to see very clear pictures of her face because she was sleeping with her arm over her face, but we for sure saw some big lips like her daddy! It's really sweet...every night he speaks to her close to my belly and she starts kicking him like crazy. She always recognizes his loving voice. She also moves around a bunch when I watch "so you think you can dance". I made some baby pants for the little one. I tried to make the colors unisex, but they turned out a little bit more boyish. I figure if the baby is a girl, I can just sew on a few pink or purple buttons and no one will know the difference.
